Our client was planning a new roof-top project, but found a new tenant on their roof. Not an old structure, however a brown moss had spread all over the roof of the building and it was expanding potentially causing damage and leakage to the structure.
They called us to remediate and clean the roof from their building.

We evaluated the living moss organism and found the right components to use to remove destroy it and then used our techniques to permanently remove it and then cleaned the roof. Our before and after pictures tell the story.
